I feel love towards my partner. She feels love towards me. We are walking together. Standing, face to face, we hold hands. We slow down. We connect deeply through the eyes for several minutes. Without doing anything. Without words. We feel our breaths synchronizing. We feel united in the inhale, united in the exhale. We hug gently, just resting against each other’s chest. Our breaths mingle in harmony, in unity, in tenderness, a living symbol of the reconciliation between man and woman.

You, the one laughing at this scene, try it if you have never done it. What’s the risk ?

That this scene lasts several minutes. That it takes place on a square in a city, or a village. What spreads out from this couple? The passers-by will probably look at them, slow down, smile, say something nice, and who knows, do the same. The observation is clear: two beings showing love towards each other have a positive impact on their environment.

That it is not only two people doing an act of love towards each other, but more. Imagine the impact on the people walking by. Visualize it.

A little girl asking her grandmother if she can hug her, look her in the eyes, and tell her: « Granny, I love you. ». A woman inviting her daughter to describe in her own way their mother-daughter love relationship. A man taking his brother into his arms, heart to heart. Another woman inviting her friend to tell her how important she is in her life. A man opening up to his partner, telling her how he respects and loves her.

What do you feel growing inside you ?

At the same time, in the same country. No, not in one single country, for this is global. Rewind. At the same time, somewhere in the world, people who have decided to connect with love are showing it.

How do you feel ?

That this part of the world is a time zone. That in this time zone, from the north pole to the south pole, women, men, children, sentient beings, demonstrate their love with clear mutual consent. Nothing at stake. No projection. No desire to own the other. Just there, wherever they are, without going anywhere else, without regrouping. Visualize this section of humanity acting like witnesses on this path. Visualize this vibrating section of the planet.

Do you feel how love is rising?

That the first time zone is lit up for an hour, and then the next time zone takes over, then one hour later, the next one takes over, onwards until the 24th time zone.
